The functions of the buttons that are visible is not clear. Text disappears and disk drives whir and click, and several seconds elapse. Appointments show up on the "To Do" list and appointment times are posted to Calendars, but not much feedback is given to the user. The information turn out to be there when you visit those stacks, but some dialog in the message box as to what is happening would be welcome.
